5 Minute Booty Workout and Bikini Modeling After birthing 5 and having no collagen due to EDS, I use exercise to build muscle and help shape my body. Yes I had a tummy tuck and skin removal when I was done being pregnant but I deal with cellulite, issues from left sided nerve damage and loss of muscle innervation from my head to my toes from an accident.. Literally… and that is LIFE.. I hurt 24/7. EDS means I am flexible but stiff and I have to fight everyday to STAY YOUNG and Flexible. Life is good and we deal with the hand we are dealt. Let’s MOVE THAT BODY. You can do hip thrust on your floor or with elbows on a bed or chair for hip thrusts. You don’t need a machine to do them Focus on your abs, glutes, legs with focused muscle tightening. You can DO IT! Appreciated So MUCH!
