You’re positioned low while I train barefoot in front of you. This is a grounded boxing and strength workout filmed from a floor-level POV, keeping my feet, stance, and body fully in frame as I move. Heavy bag boxing flows into push-ups, squats, core work, and dumbbell exercises, all done slowly and with control. No music. Just breath, impact, muscle tension, and bare feet pressing into the floor as the workout builds. Nothing staged. Nothing rushed.
