Devon Dyes Matt’s Hair

Devon really messed up! I was simply coming in for a hair cut and to lighten my hair and what do I get? PURPLE HAIR! Luckily, I can rock it, but I’m not letting Devon off the hook so easily. His associates did tell me he is incredibly ticklish and boy were they right. Could definitely see he was enjoying it as well from the tent he was pitching!
