Counselor Role-plays Step-mommy

As your counselor, I, Sydney Screams, am really glad to see you back in my office today! It’s really important for us to maintain appointments, even when it may not seem like you have much to talk about. Prior to our appointment today, I was reviewing some of my notes from our past sessions and something really stuck out to me: I believe that you have a bit of an Oedipus complex. Plainly, the desire to fuck your own step-mother. I’m not even sure that you’ve recognized this within yourself! Normally, I like to keep a separation between myself and my patients, but I decided to check out your social media profiles and I found that your step-mom and I look alike. I was surprised when I found it, but it brought me to where we are today. I want to suggest that we role-play where I am your step-mommy. What do you think?
