Giantess Stepsister Swallows Him the Potion Wears off

A giantess stepsister is searching for her tiny stepbrother and eventually finds him hiding. The tiny man doesn’t speak at all. Without hesitation, she picks him up and swallows him. At first, everything seems fine, but soon her stomach begins to hurt as the effects of the potion she used earlier start to wear off. She rushes to the bathroom, trying to ask him back out, but nothing works. Panicking, she searches for another potion to shrink him again—but the bottle is empty. With no way to stop it, the tiny man continues to grow inside her, causing her more and more as he keeps expanding.
