North Carolina Tickling: John Spencer

Fayetteville, North Carolina! John Spencer and I met at TKLFest 2022 in Atlanta and have been chatting ever since. Since I was coming through on my tickle tour, I had to absolutely hit him up! John is no stranger to tickling and loves every second of it. I think my favorite spot to tickle on him was his ribs. Different octaves were hit at that point!
