Rubber Nurse Uses Bound Patient as an Ashtray

With her patient still wrapped into the latex bondage sack, rubber nurse Goddess Calathea tells her patient she is going on a break. However, what she doesn’t tell him – is she’s taking her break in his room. Fitting him with a gag, she gets out her cigarettes, “You’re not doing to tell anyone”. Not that he has a choice. Lighting up her cigarettes, she takes delight in spitting in his face and mouth, whilst using him as an ashtray. This is his life now, an ashtray and a spit bucket.
