I’m a registered dietitian and a personal trainer (true story actually) and i take my job very very seriously. When Ama Rio approaches me and wants to work under me as a trainer at my gym i’ve got to make sure she’s got what it takes for the job. Not only does she need to be fit and take orders well but she also needs to be able to handle whatever task without question. It’s gym interview time.
